She runs a dance YouTube channel with her friend/business partner Sonal Devraj, whose name is ‘Team Naach’, and has almost 4 million subscribers. Recently, she also started her own YouTube channel named ‘Nicole Concessao’. Her career began as a ‘Personal Relations’ manager, where she executed various tasks such as brand advertising, social media handling, and other related tasks. She was very hardworking and that worked in her favor.
While working as a PR manager, she started a small dance class in Mumbai with her friend Sonal Devraj. In order to advertise, they began posting their videos on Facebook. After working on Facebook and taking dance classes, she also worked on pre-wedding shoots and sangeet ceremonies. At that time, while she was working to make her career in dance, she realized that dance is her passion and this is what she wants to work for. So, she quit her PR job and then started making dance videos on YouTube in her own unique way, and continued with dance classes.
