In April 2015, Kshama Bindu started her job as a recruiter for human resources at Kosas Industries Pvt Ltd and ended her employment in February 2016. she also started working as a Sales Manager at Fashion Clothing and in February 2016, then she joined the NJ Placement and Financial Services as a human resource recruiting manager and worked here for over two years.

Bindu began working as an HR Manager at Ashwamedh Political Consulting after that until June 2017. She began working as a career development executive at Collabera in May 2018 and left the position in August 2018.
