    Scheduled posts on LinkedIn are a special feature that allows users and pages to create needed content, such as updates, articles, or even videos. Set a specific future date and time for them to be published automatically. Yes, it eliminates manual labor and saves time. Although you have to do the work beforehand, you can skip the part where you have to wait until you can post it. This is a crucial aspect of content strategy and time management. Creating content and ensuring it goes live when your audience is most active, even if you’re offline or busy, is a good alternative to manually posting immediately. This consistency helps maintain an active, professional presence and fosters good engagement with your followers.

    How to locate scheduled posts on LinkedIn

    Now that we know how to schedule posts on LinkedIn, let’s explore how and where to locate them.

    Access the Post Creation Area

    Log in to your LinkedIn account and then proceed to create a new post from the LinkedIn homepage. To accomplish this, simply click on the button that says ‘Start a post’. This is just the beginning, nothing will be posted for you.

    Locate the Clock Icon

    Once the new ‘Create a post’ window appears, search for the clock icon that reads ‘Schedule for later’. You can find it at the bottom of the desktop, while in the application, it may be in the center of the screen.

    Look at All Scheduled

    When you click on the clock icon, a small scheduling pop-up will appear on the screen. This box contains an option that reads ‘View all scheduled posts.’ Clicking it will lead you to the list of all the scheduled tasks right there!

    Organize your Content Based on your Needs

    Upon seeing all the scheduled posts, you have the option to edit or change anything from there. From here, it’s easy to review, change the time/date, or delete any posts you have planned for the coming days.

    Finding the scheduled posts on LinkedIn and editing one or more of them in the dedicated section is how you can do it. Their posts can contain anything that you consider important and necessary for the page or account. It makes it easier to manage them.
